... have been very rewarding. I find myself very much at peace and am having a slow new awakening within my mind, body and soul. It is very hard to explain..it is like a slow leak..a little bit at a time...but so refreshing. All the things I knew in my heart are being reaffirmed...and my acceptance is total. I know if I ask it will come...I just know it. I hope this makes sense. Seems like this is an on going process so will give you an update when the time is right."
20 March 2012: "It's been a week since I received Shinki. And it is still slowly seeping in. I am finding it to be a very personal interaction. My affirmations are getting stronger and stronger. I find myself relinquishing to the energy of the universe. Letting it just roll over me and guide me. Sweet! I have no idea if this will go on forever...I don't feel as though I need another session. ... the second session of the 4 as the strongest. The first session I felt it, but had a vision which drew more focus than the feeling of the energy. The last two I was extremely tired, so that might have been a part of feeling it less strongly.
Description from my journal about the second session:
'I felt it in my hands and feet first. It was gentle and soft. I tried to allow it in my body, to spread the feeling and resonate with it. That did not work well. Then it came to me: Be Shinki. I immediately felt it in my whole body, gently warm, almost hot. I can't describe it better than a golden vibration or with the word scintillating. Reiki feels more violet or white to me, a little softer more like water. Shinki feels more fiery?'"
"I sat ready the second evening that I was on your Shinki list.I could feel that the energy was building up towards the 'broadcasting' time. Around that time (midnight here in Ireland), before the energy 'kicked' in, I had a weird experience. more
Saw you, Dragan and Taggart (no idea what he was doing there) together. Spent a while around the three of you. It felt as having to pass the 'Gatekeepers'. After that my body was burning and remained in that state for a long time. I have no visibility of where I ended up. I only know that it is very peaceful / blissful, wherever it is.
The weird thing was also when I tried to connect during the following days and focus on one of you three, none of you were there and I could pass straight away.
"The energy was different then anything I had experienced before. Strong, compassionate, loving, mellow but very penetrative at the same time...... At this moment, the main activity is felt around the heart chakra. I am used to activity there, but not so intense as this. Once I feel my heart center burning, my hands are flowing extremely and very hot. My wife loves it (passing hands daily on her). Especially when doing it for a longer time, it brings me as well in a sort of trance while my wife gets relaxed very deep and falls in a deep relaxing refreshing sleep. A wonderful experience!
Having done Reiki as well for a number of years, for me this (Quanyin connection?) is a missing link there. I also did a lot of hand positions on myself. Great feeling.
It's my guess though that Shinki is primarily working on one's development. I am sure it has healing qualities, but I don't know (yet) if that's the main purpose. For me it's obvious that its physical properties are just the last bit in a long chain of multiple levels and dimensions. 'Source beyond source'.

And next, my kitty started running around, and I experienced the same nonjudgmental appreciation of her swift little feet. There was a pressure in my crown chakra and I could almost see the thousand petal lotus opening, and a beam from the source coming through it."

"Thank you again for this evening's transmission. There was a pressure on my crown chakra and a sense of a tube with pictures or symbols. I keep getting the phrase clear channel and peace beyond understanding. I sensed what seemed like electricity jumping between two poles and then going down the center of me. ... more subtle. I mean I really needed to pay attention to notice it. After that, my 'third eye' got activated suddenly. It was like someone opened a light in the room. Then some physical effects appeared...meaning that the muscles in some 'problem' areas started to 'jerk'. By the end of it, I was very relaxed...and also very sleepy (actually, I was still sleepy the next day, even though I slept for about 9 hours)."
